Is there a way of importing data which will populate the students personal info such as mothers name, fathers name and email address??

Hi,
You'll be able to on friday, with the update.
I'll post the details on the web and reply
with the link, you basically create a CSV
file with your students names and add a
column with each personal field preceeded by an @.
