Can a mobile suspension specialist actually do a proper alignment or is that a scam?

I've been going back and forth with my 2018 Audi A6 for months now trying to fix a weird vibration at highway speeds. I've had two traditional alignments done at different shops, replaced tires, balanced them twice, but the car still has this subtle shimmy around 130kmh that drives me nuts. A friend suggested that maybe the suspension bushings are worn and causing the alignment to shift under load, so no static alignment machine will catch it. I have recommended finding a specialist who can do a dynamic inspection while the car is on the ground. I'm wondering if they can really check things like caster and camber accurately on a driveway that might not be perfectly level. Also curious if they can diagnose worn bushings by actually driving the car or if they just rely on visual inspection. Really tired of chasing this vibration and spending money on guesses.
